SEL Day is a global, grassroots movement highlighting the power of social-emotional learning to support students’ academic recovery, mental health, and overall well-being. Since launching in 2020, #SELday has generated more than 40 million views worldwide, showing just how far the message of SEL can reach.

The heart of SEL Day is simple: celebrate and share the incredible SEL work happening in your classrooms and schools, on SEL Day and every day. During SEL Week (March 3–7), we want to amplify these efforts across the globe, and our goal is to make #SELday trend across social media platforms.
