Explore the Outdoors through Nature Journaling
Spend some time with New Jersey Audubon learning how to use Nature Journaling as an interactive and fun activity in Afterschool programs. We will explore ways to use journals both in-person and virtually using pen-and-paper as well as on-line tools. Nature Journaling can reinforce schoolwork, inspire learning about new things, allow students express themselves, and inform a new way of finding information. This hands-on workshop will have you Nature Journaling in no time! Sitting at a table with space and having paper, pen/pencil, and colored pencils/crayons/markers on hand will make this workshop even more fun!
