The OST Program Quality Specialist (QS) will play a key role in the development and delivery of technical assistance, professional development, provider networking, and evaluation support of school-age out-of-school time (OST) programs.

Job Details

• Flexible Hours:
  • Full-Time
  • 5 day (35 hour) workweek typically scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm including virtual work one-two weeknights/month until 9pm and occasional weekends.
• Hybrid Work Schedule:
  • 50-100% of hours from home office (with option to work from Westfield office).
  • This position also includes in-person meetings, training, site visits, & events.
• Salary Range:
  • $58,000 – $60,000
