The Pennsylvania Afterschool Network Statewide OST Conference
EMPOWER 2022, will be Pennsylvania’s first statewide out-of-school-time conference scheduled for November 30th-December 2, 2022, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The conference will be a large convening of K-12 educators, informal educators, industry leaders, higher education, informal educators, and other out-of-school-time stakeholders. The 2022 conference will provide attendees with a variety of professional learning opportunities including dynamic sessions, workshops, and presentations, keynote speakers, expert panels, networking opportunities and exhibitors. Act 48 and PQAS continuing education credits will also be available.
Keynote speakers include: Debora Carrera from PDE, Saleem Ghubril from the Pittsburgh Promise, Terry Peterson from the Afterschool Alliance and Representative Mike Schlossberg.
