NJSACC: The Statewide Network for New Jersey's Afterschool Communities

Family engagement is a shared responsibility in which schools and other community agencies and organizations are committed to reaching out to engage families in meaningful ways and in which families are committed to actively supporting their children’s learning and development. AT NJSACC, we understand that family engagement is of particular significance to parents and families of school-age children.

New Jersey Quality Standards for Afterschool At-A-Glance

The NJ Quality Standards for Afterschool – together with the Assessment Tool – is a resource that afterschool programs can use for self-evaluation. It should be part of a process of continuous quality improvement.

Child Care Subsidy Eligibility Requirements

The New Jersey Child Care Subsidy Program helps income-eligible parents who are in school or working to pay for child care. You can use your subsidy at any licensed, regulated, registered or approved child care or early learning program that accepts subsidy payments.
