Whether or not you attended kid-grit’s Rise Up last month, this session is open to everyone. Learn firsthand how to use the incredibly interactive and FREE educator guide KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.\nThis guide for school age youth, families, and staff deals directly with COVID-19 and shares how to both experience and deliver dynamic content in mindfulness, community and connection, body awareness, and digital and social media awareness that isn’t FEAR based. This training and guide will strengthen your SEL skills for both in person and on line delivery, and will hold up as well post Pandemic Crisis.
