Soul of Hunger will begin with a screening of A Place At The Table at 1:30pm, a documentary on hunger in America, for those who have not already seen this powerful and informative film. Following the showing of the documentary, there will be a NJ-centered discussion on food access, availability, and what hunger looks like in our communities. Our goal is to drill down on hunger in NJ by both educating and creating an awareness of the issues surrounding hunger and begin the discussion of what it will take to end hunger in our communities. The more who attend, the more impactful this event will be – everyone is welcome at the table.

With Very Special Guests:

  • Chris Christie, New Jersey Governor
  • Tom Colicchio, Chef/Owner of Craft Restaurants and Executive Producer of A Place at the Table.
  • Jon Bon Jovi, Chairman of the JBJ Soul Foundation
