Make Service Count Challenge!

Students in Action of NJ, a program of the Jefferson Awards for Public Service, is looking for outstanding youth service projects in our Make Service Count Challenge!
Young people up to age 21 are eligible to receive a Youth Jefferson Award for projects that improve their schools, community and world.
Award Categories include:
  • Easing Hunger
  • Environment
  • Citizenship
  • Health and Wellness
  • Service to Youth
  • Peace and Justice
  • Community Improvement
Projects by individuals, teams, groups or entire schools are encouraged!

Outstanding projects will be celebrated at two regional awards events:
May 5, 2012 at The State Museum, Trenton, NJ (South Jersey selections)
May 12, 2012 at The Newark Museum, Newark, NJ (North Jersey selections)
