Afterschool CARES

NJSACC's Afterschool CARES is a Service Learning Training project for licensed afterschool programs in NJ. Project participants receive training and ongoing support to provide children in their programs with resources to engage in Service Learning in their communities. Project participants will receive training on Service Learning and get regular support with resources, program visits, phone and email assistance. The Afterschool CARES project tracks and tallies the service that the children across the state participate in as well as maintains a data base of Service Learning activities for all Afterschool programs to utilize in the future.
